Helpful Information for Placing Your Order

• All orders are completed online through our gallery and shopping cart system. This is a new system for Here We Grow Portraits this spring, so please bear with us should any issues arise!

• You will be able to access only your own child’s photos with personal access codes; one code per child, with another separate access code for siblings posed together.

• The proofs are not yet retouched. Faces will be cleaned, skin smoothed, and distracting flyaway hairs removed on all images ordered.

• A Print, Digital or Keepsake Package must be ordered for each access code (each child or each sibling-posed-together set) before any Individual Products can be ordered for that access code.

• For every image you order, you have the option in the cart view to crop as you wish (in landscape/horizontal or portrait/vertical orientation), and select the black & white option.

• If you wish to send a note to the studio with your order, from the Individual Products menu, with the image in question, add ‘Retouching NOTES’ to your cart, filling in the ‘Note to Studio’ section as you go. You can leave a general note for the whole order here. Notes you send here will only be reviewed upon order processing after the ordering deadline - if you have a more urgent concern, please email us!

• PARENTS WITH MULTIPLE CHILDREN: A special discount is extended to you when you purchase multiple packages. You can choose between 10% off your whole order (available when ordering 2 or more packages – use code SIBLING10), or $35 off (available when ordering 3 or more packages– use code SIBLING35OFF). Please choose the code that works best for you. PLEASE NOTE: Codes cannot be combined. Codes cannot be applied retroactively after you place your order, so please be sure to use your code upon checkout.

• The gallery will close at midnight on the ordering deadline date. Orders made after the ordering deadline will be subject to higher fees on packages and select display items, as well as shipping costs. In addition, the large order discount will no longer be available.

• All prices are subject to HST.

• ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-CHANGEABLE AFTER THE ORDERING WINDOW FOR YOUR SCHOOL HAS CLOSED

ORDER DELIVERY

All print orders (including Group-Class photos) placed before the ordering deadline will be delivered free of charge to school and sent home with your child unless you choose the ‘Home Delivery’ option at added cost.

All Print and Digital Orders will be delivered after the retouching process. Print orders will be delivered approximately 4 weeks after the ordering deadline. Digital orders will be delivered as a download link sent to the email address used to make your portrait order approximately 3 weeks after the ordering deadline. Digital downloads are not instant.
